By placing an order with D-Fine Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Customization
All baked goods are made fresh-to-order and customized based on the client’s selections. Please review your order details carefully before submitting, as changes may not be guaranteed once an order is confirmed.
Payments
Full payment is required to secure your order unless otherwise stated. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.
No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can work toward a resolution.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 72 hours of placing your order. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for any credit.
Pick-Up & Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from late pick-ups, improper storage, or mishandling after delivery or pickup.
Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform me of any allergies when ordering.
