Refund Policy
At D-Fine Bakery, all of our baked goods are made fresh-to-order and tailored to your specifications. Because products are perishable and customized, we do not offer refunds.
However, your satisfaction is important to me! If there is a problem with your order (e.g., an error on our part or a quality issue), please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. I will gladly work with you to replace the item, provide a store credit, or offer another solution.
Please note: I am are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that were correctly made according to the customer’s order.
